Did the job however a few things could have been improved to make it a more pleasant stay.
Comfortable beds, great location.
They provided pressed coffee but no machine to use, curtains in the bedrooms weren’t fit for the size, floor was a bit dirty. Area was quite loud so a bit difficult to sleep.

Spacious apartment, elevator, five minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping streets and museums. PERFECT !

Otima estadia, localização e custo benefício.
O apto está novo. 2 bons quartos com sacada e cama de casal. Os banheiros são bons com chuveiros ótimos. Cozinha moderna e integrada com uma sala pequena mas boa. A localização é ótima perto da Plaza de Hércules (10 min a pé), El corte Inglês (5 min a pé) onde pode se pegar o BUS Turismo E onde fica a Garagem Publica para deixar o carro.
O local não permite parar o carro nem para descarregar as malas. se vc estiver em família com crianças e 6 malas pode ser um problema. O local para estacionar é 5 min a pé mas precisa faze reserva na oficina do estacionamento Público. Os anfitriões fazem. reserva mas você tem que ir lá confirmar.

Location is excellent.
Mattress in the main room is really bad. Myself and my wife couldn’t sleep properly and wake up in the morning with pain in the back due to the big holes that creates in the middle. Unacceptable.

Appartement très bien équipé, bien situé, très calme lorsqu’il y a pas de voisin au rez de chaussée, petit balcon sympa. Bien aménagé. Immeuble avec 3 appartements, 1 par étage.
Malheureusement le patio (terrasse) du rez de chaussée résonne beaucoup lorsqu’il y a des gens qui occupent cet appartement. Cela devient très bruyant.

Perfectos apartamentos para visitar Sevilla
Los apartamentos son muy limpios y la disposición del salón y los cuartos de baño está muy bien ideada. Además el balconcito en las habitaciones le da un extra.
Al estar situado en calles algo estrechas no es muy luminoso, pero es lo que tiene estar en el centro

Apartamento muito bem localizado no centro de Sevilla. Tem um estacionamento público próximo e o apartamento tem um convênio, funcionou perfeitamente. Muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. Para visitar o centro histórico basta ir à pé. Fomos em família, inclusive com um bebé de 9 meses. Ótimo apartamento.

El apartamento tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo no le faltaba detalle. Espacioso. Las camas estupendas. El barrio agradable muy céntrico. En la anfitriona Fátima súper agradable tanto el trato en persona como el contacto telefónico previo. Gran anfitriona. Sin quejas.

Newly finished apartment and nicely decorated. Good location. Shower room drains smelled quite badly. Shower drain blocked so it flooded the floor. It was still the same after ‘repair’. Major road repairs meant that there was noise from 8:00am until 17:30pm. Not the fault of the owner of the apartment but likely to remain until mid November at least.

El servicio de entrega de llaves posterior a las 21h cobra 30 euros. Deberían tener un método como una caja de código para la entrega y ser así más flexibles. A partir de las 23 son 50 eur!!!

Bien situé la situation la propreté aucune table à manger pour 5 personnes et pas de chaise pour manger cafetière pour 5 personnes insuffisante et aucune bouteille d’eau d’accueil dommage!

Genteel Home Banos Awesome property, fully renovated, very fresh looking with everything inside it to make it feel like home. All the amenities were new and in great working condition. We were met by a rep. Who showed us around the property and explained where to find things in the neighborhood. Lolla was very helpful and pleasant. Nothing really! I only suggest some kind of shelving in the shower stall for shampoo, soap etc..

Lo mejor de Sevilla a un precio exepcional.
Todo, era lo mas parecido a estar en tu casa, todas las comodidades que te puedes imaginar, el apartamento estaba inmaculado, inclusive nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora. 👍
No puedo decir que algo no me gusto, solamente y no es culpa del alojamiento, es que la calle estaba en obras y te ensuciabas de tierra y era complicado llevar las maletas

Apartamento bem decorado, limpo, ótima roupa de cama e bem silencioso. Detalhes de decoração bem estilosos. Mercado e ótimo restaurante de tapas bem pertinho.
A rua do apartamento não passa carro, então a chegada e a saída com as bagagens se torna bem difícil.

An excellent base to see Seville. Easy walking to all the major sites and shopping.
The cleanliness and location. The swift response to fix the blocked shower. The quiet neighbourhood. The lift was a godsend for us after climbing innumerable flights of stairs in our travel.
A small hitch with the plumbing ie.clogged shower drain. No fire escape route. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y la ubicacion es perfecta, además cerca está el restaurante dos de mayo al Final de la calle donde se come calidad precio impresionante.
La chica que nos atendió no nos Informó bien de lo del Parking de la Concordia (el corte inglés) hay que ir a hablar con el chico de allí el primer día que llegas para pagar y que te dé una tarjeta para sacar el coche del parking las veces que se quiera, también si no se viene muy justo se puede buscar sitio por los alrededores. No recomiendan ir hasta el apartamento con el coche porque las calles son estrechas pero un poco más delante del Apartamento se puede dejar el encima de la acera con los intermitentes para solo dejar las cosas. Ellos te recomiendan que vayas directamente al parking!!

É confortável, bem localizado, bem decorado, bem equipado, com bom custo benefício.
O ar condicionado era de difícil regulagem, a água quente através de aquecedores era insuficiente para suportar banho de 4 pessoas.

Situation géographique Équipement de l appartement

Uno de los duchas se inundaba. Habría que arreglar el desagüe o ponerle una puerta para que el agua no se saliera. Pero es el único pero.
El resto súper bien. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y prácticamente a estrenar. El salón amplio y luminoso. Y la terraza muy acogedora. Y la localización muy buena. Muy céntrico y barrio tranquilo.
