Alojarse en este maravilloso apartamento es todo un privilegio ya que, además de calidad y una ubicación magnífica, cuenta con patio comunitario con piscina y jardín, algo muy poco común en el barrio El Albaicín. Por todo ello, es una opción perfecta para disfrutar de unos días inolvidables en la hermosa ciudad de Granada.

Su ubicación y las vistas que tiene de la Alhambra.
Me dejaron la cuna a medio montar y por miedo a romperla, no la montamos del todo, creo que no funcionaba.

バスルームが２ヶ所あれば、言うことなし。
The views to Alhambra from the living room are fantastics
The wifi was very bad, sometimes it didn’t even load a normal webpage. It would be nice to have a trash can in the living room.

En el anuncio no aparece en ningún momento que el apartamento tenga aire acondicionado, no obstante está equipado con ventiladores ya que el edificio, al estar patrimonialmente protegido, no tiene permitido la instalación de aparatos de aire acondicionado. Esperamos que hayan podido disfrutar del apartamento y la ciudad. Genteel Home Team
The neighbouring apartments all had signs on their doors saying that tourists were not welcome there. It made us feel very uncomfortable

L’appartement est splendide et beaucoup de charme, et avec une vue magnifique sur l’Alhambra ! On se sent vite très bien dedans. Et puis, la piscine est vrai bonheur pour les enfants après une longue balade.
Peut être prévoir le passage à la clim au lieu des ventilateurs de plafond

This didn´t bother me, but there was no elevator. The unit is on the 3rd floor. Again, not a complaint but just letting others know.

The apartment was spacious , extremely well fitted out, comfortable and the position was wonderful in terms of the views of the Alhambra.
Didn`t like the notices on the other apartment doors stating that the other owners did not like the apartment being rented to tourists, it made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Gentle home pero si el hecho de no avisarnos de ello. Su solución hacer las maletas coger a los dos niños pequeños y marcharnos. Pésima gestión de problemas y sus posibles soluciones, por no mencionan un par de cuestiones también desagradables por parte de su personal. Es decir totalmente insatisfechos.

Estimada Mar, en efecto, hay una obra de un edificio público situado a más de 90 metros de distancia del apartamento. La obra lleva desde el año 2015 (hace más de 2 años) y funciona y se para con frecuencia por asuntos públicos del Ayuntamiento. A ningún huésped del apartamento le ha afectado nunca ningún tipo de ruido, pueden ver el resto de comentarios, y de hecho hay varios edificios más cercanos a la obra que el nuestro y no ha habido quejas vecinales. Cuando usted nos indicó que le molestaba la obra, le ofrecimos cambiarse de apartamento e incluso devolverles el dinero de las noches que no estuvieran en el apartamento, si decidían marcharse, pero ustedes no quisieron ninguna de estas opciones. Intentamos siempre darlo todo por nuestros huéspedes y atenderlos al minuto con todas las soluciones a nuestro alcance, en casi todos los casos la satisfacción de los huéspedes con nuestros servicios y apartamentos es del 100%. Lamentamos que no haya podido ser así esta vez.
The Alhambra is the main attraction in Granada (in Andalucía) so to wake up every morning and open your shutters and see it in all its glory... wow! The location, in terms of view was obviously superb but also in terms of retail and dining access. Would recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to visit Granada. The location on the Paseo de los Tristes enhanced the experience. Would definitely stay again!
