The location. Being in a traditional patio building.
The appartment was in a residential building and not insultated for sound (the neighbour complained several tines because of the normal noises we were making; we thus did not feel at home). The internet did not work during the first day. The appartment looks beautiful on the photos, but in reality the furniture is a bit cheap (e.g. the sofa bed for our children, the living room table). There is very little hot water (not enough for a familiy of 4). Our host was 20 minutes late for checkin (we waited in the street).

The boiler of the apartment is electric and when the capacity is exhausted it is necessary to wait a short period of time for it to recharge. On the other hand, we will check the wifi signal and notify the company to solve it in case there is a problem. Finally, we apologize if our colleague was late upon arrival to receive you. Having no reception, we ask that guests inform us of the approximate arrival time in advance to be able to go and wait for you at the agreed time in the apartment and avoid waiting. We hope to be able to accommodate you on another occasion to offer you a better experience and we hope that despite this you have enjoyed your stay in Seville. Regards.

The apartment was in a good location. I suggest a taxi to get there. The communication before we arrived was great and we were able to check in 2 hours early, which was very helpful. But the photographs make the place look much larger than it is. The shower is very old and has low water pressure. The toiletries holder was even rusty! The bidet wasn’t fixed to the floor securely. When we arrived, two of the sliding wardrobe middle doors had been removed , and put inside the wardrobe. We were promised that this would be fixed in 2 days, but nothing ever happened. Thin walls. Not a place I’ll book again.
