Once entering at the apartment it will be finded the living room and kitchenette, both perfectly equipped with the purpose to enjoy a full stay. From the living room there is a direct access to both bedrooms, the first very bright and with two single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm each, and the second with double bed of 150 * 200 cm, overlooking the common gardens of the housing complex and with a bathroom en suite. In addition, there is another full bathroom accessed directly from the living room.

The housing complex, called Benamara, where the apartment is located has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the little ones, and well-kept garden areas, and the beach just 5 minutes walking, right next to the Beach Club Salduna with restaurant service and hammocks all day. In the vicinity there are supermarkets, shops and a multitude of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Andalusian and international cuisine, and Puerto Banús is 10 minutes by car and Marbella town 15 minutes.
