:

The Teatro Central of Seville, at the foot of the Guadalquivir, is pleased of performing the 18th edition of ’Flamenco Viene del Sur’ a series of charming and magical performances which offers an innovating view of flamenco made by the Andalusian Institute of Flamenco.
The flamenco, as base of a whole culture, is rising worldwide. However, the flamenco does not forget where is from. That is the reason why it wants to grace its origins, with some performances made by the best dancers of flamenco (called ‘bailaores’ and ‘bailaoras’). The Teatro Central will be witness of the performances of La Farruca, José Menese or David Morales, some much known personages of the flamenco world and who have special feelings for Seville and Andalusia. The public who go for this event will have the privilege of listening to the heartbreaking sound of the bulerías, they could see how firm a foot with flamenco shoes is and they will be astonished with a full-sensations and colors performance.
